洪水过后，在爬行空间的地板上喷洒泡沫该怎么办?

Help. 6 yrs ago we had our newly renovated crawl space with spray foamed( gravel floor walls, and floor joists ) the only mechanical items was our water pump and a sump pump. last fall the crawl space flooded spray foam from the floor broke up and was floating. Now a disaster mold +++++++++++ the insurance company won't cover the cleanup as the engineer said it was not to Ontario code ( no spray foam on the ground) please help. Thank you Heather
