Can I use a Legalett slab in Florida if I don't want floor heat?

I am looking to build a home in FL. I have extraordinarily little use for heated floors. but somewhere I did hear someone mention that this type of foundation supports the house evenly and did not need a lot of fill dirt. What is my best option for cost and energy savings? should I just use a stander slab, or do you have something like this without the heated floors that would work better?
ALegalett raft slabhas an optionalair heated radiant floor, but it is not necessary. They are installed in all climates from the far north to the south, and even in cold climates they don’t always include floor heating. Many Passive House home builds that use a Legalett insulated slab base don’t install heating systems, and detached garage slabs aren’t usually heated as well. And we can understand why you wouldn’t want to bother with one in Florida!
