Where can I find a prefab home in Canada?

I have lakefront property and I was thinking of a prefab home. Modern. What should I be asking and what are the pitfalls? I love this one: L’Abri 1850-BV But customer service is not responsive and that worries me.....

We are hoping to be able todeliver high performance prefab kit homes across Canada and the USin the near future, best is tosign up as an Ecohome member for free(we don't spam members or share addresses, fear not). That way you will be on our mailing list and we will send out notice as soon as we are able to get supply to meet demand! How soon are you building by the way?
