There are not a lot ofpassive heating and cooling solutionsthat we can recommend once the house is already built unfortunately. The only thing I could think of would unfortunately be on the outside, and that would be to reflect heat so it isn’t absorbed in the first place, either something metallic, or white paint. But if it’s a not a single house then you likely wouldn’t be allowed to do that. Sometimes a creeping ivy on the outside of buildings can help, but that takes a while. The only thing you could put on the inside that would work would be sheets of rigid insulation, that isn’t really much of a solution though.
