Where can I find prefab kit houses in Wisconsin?

Hi,
My husband and I have land in northern wisconsin. It's on the northern end of the lake. We are hoping to build in 2022. Do you have a presence in Northern WI? I filled out a quote and haven't heard anything back. Looking to see if one of the prefab models is a possiblity for us. In addition, can a person add a lower level to the building?
